Zaytoun is an ethical business established with the support of Oxfam to support marginalized farming communities in Palestine. It is a non-profit company whose primary objectives lie in increasing the welfare of the producers in Palestine. They have recently been given membership of the Soil Association. They sell olive oil, olive soap, almonds, medjool dates, and herbs.

During Fairtrade Fortnight 2009, Zaytoun will be the first organisation to offer fairly traded Olive Oil from Palestine.
